how a 2 step work in a auto?

i thought that why guys used tbrake?

All a two step is, is a rev limiter. Two step simply meaning 2 limiters (different rpms). When you have a trans brake, you need a two step so you can adjust where you want the car to leave at. Some people use them with line locks as well.
