Default How much power/abuse did your stock 4L60-E take?

just curious how long your stock A4 lasted...I currently have 54K on mine, been fairly good about changing the fluid, and bought a tranny cooler when I got the converter put in, so it should be in decent shap. I am going to add more power soon, in the form on new heads, and hope to be pushing 410 or so rwhp...will my stock tranny hold that? or should I consider a good re-build? or a new performance tranny?

Mine held pretty good with a stroker/heads at 430ish rwtq. Hit it twice with a 300hp on N2O, and nuked it

Mines holding up just fine. Never been rebuilt and has only been out of the car once to change the convertor. 27000 miles 462rwhp/533rwtq,1.4 60's,124+ trap speeds. Oh yeah my stock rearend is holding up just fine too.
