TH350 uses the govenor and modulator to determine shift points, If the modulator is ajustable you might consider turning it down a turn counter clockwise, If this dosent help and provided the trans is in good shape you may need to order a govenor kit to ajust the WOT shift point, One thing I didnt ask is - You do have the modulator hooked to manifold vaccume dont you ?

the key word is manual valve body. Its a good thing you have your rev limiter set or you'd have some serious problems.
Also with the speedometer just use the front abs sensor trick to get it back up and going again. Works great on mine.

I had the same problem when I went th400 and there is a setting in the tune that if your speedo fails it will limit to XXX rpms. Mine was set lower than the regular rev limiter. A quick setting change with Hp or efi live will fix it.

Just change the setting and hook up your speedo to the front wheel sensor. This thread will explain. https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic-transmission/604012-th4oo-swap-weekend.html
