Default HELP!!!!! older 4l60 in to a ls1 car

Im putting in a older 4l60 out of a lt1 car into a ls1 car (dont ask me why money was the issue) But the wire for the speedo of the car harness dosent match the plug on the tranny. Its a two prong plug is there an adapter or can i splice them into the lt1 plug to make it work.!!!

I have not personally done it however I have heard several people say they have spliced it in with no issue. I know the reluctors are the same so I would think it would work just fine.

Well some people splice the two wires to the right plug, But also note that then converter will require and adapter to work.

The bell will bolt up but you will need a spacer I think huges sales on at summit.

the build is in this order

lt1 4l60 ls1 flex plate and lt1 conveter. But the crossmember gave me hell you will need a lt1 cross member and you will have to do some fab work. the bolt holes onthe driver side wont line up.

i bolted up a lt1 4l60e tranny up to a LS1( 5.3l) and it worked fine for the first few times i took it out, but thats cause the bellhousing was cracked so it just broke off from the torque!!
