Default TH350 LS1 Swap: Will standard TH350 converter bolt right up to flexplate???

I have a ls1, and i have a built TH350 and a nice Continental TH350/400 9" converter that i used behind my old chevy motor.

I know there is one bellhousing bolt thats different but doesnt matter.

But will the th350 torque converter bolt straight up to the LS1 Flexplate and be the correct depth and fit and everything?????

The converter will not have the same bolt pattern as the flex plate...you have to drill new holes in the flex plate for the ls1...someone posted that a flexplate from a 4l80 truck trans will bolt to the old style converter but it's not been verified.

They will bolt right up to the earlier year flexplates. Valvegod has these for ~$50.
