Default 4l60e help !

i have a 1998 Pontiac trans am with a 4l60e trans and the trans shifts fine during regular driving but when the rpm's are up or mostly during wot the trans wont shift and will hit rev limiter, what is wrong????

first time out after putting the head and cam he was a quart low wern't you

yes trans was low at first, i also haven't gotten a tune yet. and i have a maf code, i heard that a maf code could do that. is this correct???

Maf sensor signals are actually used by the PCM to determine load as one of the inputs. Theres actually a GM TSB concerning this forinstance a over oiled filter can contaminate the MAF and cause trans failure
