Go with a performabuilt, I've had bad experiences with letting friends... local smoes, rebuild trans for hi-perf.
Not saying your cousin doesn't know how to build. but performabuilt will treat you right.

if your cousin doesnt know what kit to get and parts I would have someone else do it not trying to be egotistical or anything just a builder knows what to put in them
