Default 4L65e Leaking at the dipstick

Any ideas as to what I did to get my dipstick to start leaking? (The is a motor swap and the first time in this chassis.)

The O-Ring appears to be on there, but it's dribbling ATF. (Not like the Exxon Valdeez, but a silver dollar spot on the floor over night. From the bottom, it looks like a gasket leak, but after re-torquing the pan I looked up top and can see where it's weeping out of the dipstick. Before I get carried away with RTV, has anyone else encountered this?

Thanks!

Ha! Before posting, I did a search on "dip stick leak" and didn't get much, changing it to "dipstick" turned up the info.

Thanks!
