Default what to do....

lost 3rd the other night, and it was expected because i redid the motor a couple months ago. i making around 465 at the wheels on motor, and the car is set up for spray. i havent sprayed it yet because i knew it would gernade the trans faster than i wanted to, plus i still need a bigger fuel pump. my question is, because i am actually making some real power and will even more on spray, what trans should i do. i have looked at flt's level five, and performabuilt's equivalant. but i wondering if maybe a th400 would be better(specially for the money) but i am trying to keep some drivability too, so i am kind of stuck on what to do. any thoughts?

At that power level I would stay with the 60e , I really would only consider the 400 if I planned on making a race only car, As for the money saved, Well at near $4 a gallon for gas not for very long at all with a near 30 percent drop in highway milage and the loss of lockup.
