What kind of parts to buy for rebuild?

What kind of parts to buy for rebuild? I have a stock 4L60E transmission with a cooler and tci ssf 3500 converter. My motor is making over 400 at the wheels. I will most likely need a new built transmission before a rearend. Where should I buy the new parts and what kind of parts should I get to rebuild my transmission for this much power? I don't want something that will last forever and cost a million dollars since I probably won't keep the car till i'm old. So what's cheap (or average) and will hold up for a long while?

u dont want to spend your hard earned money on your tranny just for it to hold up for the meantime. if your gonna beef up the tranny, spend it wisely and get it done right the first time. ive seen soooo many guys on here have gone through 3-4 trannies cuz of cheap parts, or the builder didnt do it right. im making damn near 400rwhp cam only auto and im saving up for a tranny as well.
