Default 4l60 to 4l80 ?

Ok, I have tried the search and can't find any real usefull info. So What do I need to swap my 4l60 to a 4l80???

converter
flexplate (I used TCI)
crank spacer (Not needed if you get a custom converter)
4l60 to 4l80 harness
Custom 4l80 cross member w TA relo
polymount or stocker
lokar dip stick
dust cover

Anyone got part #'s for the Dust cover, flexplate, spacer, and 4l60 to 4l80 harness?
