Default Wont go into 4th after converter install

Ok well ever since I got the trans go shift kit and fuddle converter installed the car would not go into 4th and will not start in 1st gear unless manually put there. The car was dropped off, parts installed, and then I picked up the car and it was like that. Same tune, nothing changed but the converter and the shift kit.

The installer is telling me that the problems are in the tune and not mechanical. But I am saying otherwise. If I command 4th gear in HP Tuners it wont go into 4th. The computer says it is in 4th but it is in 3rd gear RPM's.

What could they have done to make the car drive like this?

Someone was wondering about line pressures in my last thread, so here they are.

Any input on what I need to change/look for is appreciated.

Thanks
Nick

Its not likley a tune issue I would tend to lean towards either a miss install on the transgo or a bad A shift solenoid. I would drop the pan , Inspect the A solenoid and take out the 1-2 shift valve assembly and make sure its installed correctly.Perhaos a springs in wrong something like that. Or possibly the gasket covering a solenoid feed hole in the plate I have seen that before.

Ok well that is almost the same reply I got on ls1gto. I will have them check that, or do it myself if they wont.

Well it was the 1/2 assembly, it was installed backwards, but thats how the transgo instructions have it being installed according to them. But I dont care its fixed!
