Question shift Kit with 3600stall is it Bad comb?

OK peeps, help a bro out need info, h/c 228/232/.595/.595/112+2,etc etc, along with a tci ssf3600 verte, install. OK no tune yet, very lite laptop quicky idle tune... it shifts going regular speed but when i get after it, man it doesn't shift right...just thinking maybe shift kit is reacting to quick or something....i know somebody has gone through this. PLZ CHIME IN BEFORE MY WIFE LEAVES ME, spending too much money on the other women....

Could be the tune or just the fact that a 3600 stall makes you shifts feel less firm.

You may also need to reset your shift points. Are you spinning at all? Spinning can mess up shifts too.

A shift kit like a transgo is fine to use. Just remeber that when you tune the tranny (e.g. don't crank up line presure and use a shift kit).

Probably around 6600 rpm. You'll make that decision when you see the dyno graph.
Have them raise your part throttle shift points too. 10% - 15% higher will feel a lot nicer around town with that big stall and cam.
