Default Car Surges Pretty bad at idle(new 4l80e w/stall)....

Anyone have somewhere to start? Idle is bad it keeps surging then dies unless the gas pedal is held in?
Seems to surge some when cruising too.

Any input would help. I can up my idle some, but it seems like maybe something else?
3400 stall affect it?

EGR and MAF codes are popping up, both are eliminated from car. Pretty sure egr is, should these codes be coming up? Can i get rid of them?
Wonder if this has anything to do with it.

Is that the only thing you changed on the car? Pretty sure you need to get it tuned with a 4l80 and a stall...

I took off M6 Spark Smoothing under spark control tab. My brother is going to make sure he reconnected the rear O2 sensor when he was under it last. I also added idle for p/n(being that was set to 0 with m6) and that didnt help.
Hole in TB, i can look and see if previous owner did.
Its never idled great, but its worse than a few days ago, im guessing o2...

Under idle tab i noticed some things. The following i have 0's for all values because with a m6 i didnt have park or neutral:
Proportional
Airflow High/PN
Airflow Low/PN
Integral
Airflow High/PN
Airflow Low/PN

How would i know what to put in for my values?
Do i need to?

Idle tuning can be a PITA on auto's. Glad you got it worked out.
