Default 2004R problem

I have a Yank built 2004R, it works very well. My problem is finding a scattershield for this trans. They may exist somewhere, i have yet to find one.

i'm not really interested in running a blanket due to heating issues, the car is mainly built for drag racing but does see some street duty.

i have thought about taking an existing shield that was made for a different trans, modifying it to mount to my trans. would someone know what one might be closest? PG or 7004R?

if someone knows of a good SFI rated shield for a 2004R out there, please let me know!

Default If there is a Trans Star in your area

Get a universal dust shield {fits most all gm's}. They can't be more than 12-15 bucks. www.transtarindustries.com
