trans not shifting after 4.10 install

Default trans not shifting after 4.10 install
title says it all, installed 4.10's in the rear and now it bounces off the rev limiter a few times before it shifts. also its a brand new 4l60e so i dont think its going bad yet. anyone have any ideas?

Its a tunning issue. Your PCM will need to be recalibrated for the gears and the shift points tweaked. Mine did the same thing when i went from 2.73's to 3.73's

yeah i had 2.73's as well. sooo glad those things are long gone they sucked.

Yep, Ive already steped down from the 3.73's to 3.42's. Find somebody with LT1edit and get your shift points etc adjusted and you'll be set.
