Stripped Flex plate bolts

Stripped Flex plate bolts so im trying to do my t56 swap and everything is going smooth till its time to take off the flex plate first bolt comes out fine then the other 5 round off. Ive tried everything, heat, air hammer, drilling out the centers and ive only got one more out with the air hammer. Any ideas im either just gonna drill and retap or weld something to the bolt.
