Vette Servo

I looked at the archives and found that many people say that the 2001 camaro's come with the vette servo. Is this true? I purchased one off ebay and wanted to know if I already have one in the car from the factory.

Well, maybe I can install it in my 08 Silverado. I believe it has a 4L60 trans as well. Its a 1/2 ton ext cab.
How difficult are they to install?
