I am looking for an aftermarket pan. I see that many of the 700r4 and 4l60 pans do not mention that they fit the 4l60e tranmission at summitracing. also, it shows a different filter for the 4l60e's? i am wondering if they are confusing the car and truck 4l60e pans and filters? so if our cars take 700r4 pans, are the filters the exact same too or did those change when the 4l60e's came out?

car pan is the same. The filter is however different.
Deep pans are a different story as in the aftermarket there are several different varieties and the 700r4 requires and exstention for the filter on some types
