yup you got it the cam lobes are 3016R / 3725R...

i put it in with the 111+4 and the intake was a hair close for me but others might run it no problem... i had .072 clearance so i retarded it 2* to get .086 and i was happy with that so yes it was a 111+4 but retarded 2* to get 111+2 that is what i recommend...
