Default Is 2" of slip yolk inside 4L80e enough?

I got my new th400 slip yolk installed on my stock driveshaft. When the driveshaft is seated in place, only 2" of the slip yolk goes into the tail end of the transmission. Is this enough?? The slip yolk is fully splined and my car is up on jack stands in all 4 corners. there is about 2" of slip yolk sticking out of the transmission.

Lower the car and see how much you have and take a picture if possible

Is your output shaft fully splined?
Real TH400 yokes are not fully splined because no TH400 came with a fully splined output.

Basically fully splined outputs should get fully splined yokes but can use either.
TH400 type outputs are not fully splined and always need a couterbored yoke.
Yes I realize you can make it work. You can also drive down the road with one lug nut per wheel, doesn't mean it's right.
