I'm trying to figure out what it came out of

I was hoping to figure out what this transmission came out of and I cannot.

It has GM PT59 in big letters then

I ran it by the partial vin provided, thats what showed up.

I just ran the part number and it doesn't match the vin. The part is from either a 2004 full size G van or a ful size pickup truck with a LM7, LR4 or L59 engines (4.8L or 5.3l)
