Default Not sure if my converter is locking up completely

I have a yank SS3600 stall with auto and 3.73 gears with 25" tall tires. Im almost possitive i used to be at 2000rpms @ 60mph... now im at 2200rpm at 60mph; 70mph - 2500-2600rpm; 80mph -2900rpm. On the power tour I only averaged 18mpg when i sued to get 22-24mpg. Just wondering what other guys with similar set up are running.

My car has not been tuned since the new tranny/converter and I plan on doing so hopeing it will get it to lock up if thats what it is.

The 1st thing that needs to happen is to get a scanning device on it and see if LU is being commanded. I don't think that small of a converter change would affect the LU tables... but it could.

Get that info and get back to us!
