Yes, the whole thing with the shift indicator, ash tray and all the little crap that goes in it, cig lighter socket, etc comes assembled. Ordered from the GM dealer. I paid $75 for a brand new one.
On the invoice it's called a plate for some reason. The guy gave me a diagram and told me to circle all the parts I need. Had them the next day.
