ACE Racing Transmissions New Layaway Plan!
When you ask, we listen!
We want you to be able to afford a World Class High Performance Transmission. We wanted to create another option that will help you get your car to the next level of High Performance, and we think this will do just that!
Because of the sheer number of inquiries about whether or not we are offering a Layaway Plan we have only now implemented that plan. And it is going to be offered to LS1Tech Members exclusively!
Our website will not reflect this Plan until I see it's effectiveness. All inquiries will come directly to me. All decisions will be made by me, I own the company. There is no middle man to contend with.
So, here's how it works....
All payments will be non refundable. If you decide you want any ACE Racing Transmissions High Performance Racing Transmission and/or Torque Converter and you open an Account by making an initial payment, you will forfeit any monies paid should you decide to change your mind.
Initially there will be a minimum down payment of $250.00.
From there the minimum payments will be $150.00.
Of course, any payment above the minimums will be acceptable.
There will be no automated system to get in the way of your transaction. Most likely, I will be the person to take your order and track your payments throughout the entire process. An Invoice will be generated at the time of the initial payment. Credits will be applied to that invoice as payments are made, copies will be provided upon request.
At the point where you have reached 85% of the purchase price a core will be culled out from our inventory and the building process will begin as soon as the workload allows. You will be notified when that happens.
All warranties apply on Layaway Units.
It really is that simple. If you have any questions all you have to do is call!
Thank you for your continued support of ACE Racing Transmissions!

Hey guys, I thought I would bring this back up to the top. It's been a while since I implemented this plan. It has worked out terrifically for many clients over the years and I wanted to make sure you all were aware of this option for purchasing an ACE Racing Transmissions tranny!
This policy applies to any type of transmission built at ACE!
Should you be interested and have any questions, please pick up the phone and call me at 817-851-2777!

i usually let those see mid 500 h/p ranges in stock weight cars. But when they get up that high it usually is only as good as the stock shafts.
Give me an idea of what you're looking to put a tranny in and I'll give you some recommendations for a successful build.

I know right! That's a lot of money. I get it, I earn my living every day just like you guys do.
I did not say it's only good to 500hp. I said mid 500hp. That's at the wheels in my mind. And then I said it's all about the stock shafts. They were originally designed to handle 375 ftlb tq. We're well above that at ~500hp right?
But see, there's always more to it than that. Let's say you're going to be putting BF Goodrich street radials on it with a 3,200 rpm converter and 3.23 gears. More guys do that with their 500h/p than you may know.
Then on the other hand, you have a guy who has Hoozier 275 drag radials, 4.10 gears, poly suspension throughout and a big fat juicy 4,300 stall converter.
Which 500 horsepower car do you think will break the tranny first? And that's why I suggested giving me a call to discuss your needs.
Not trying to be a butthead. But if you would like details on my builds, feel free to give me a call! I'll be happy to take all the time necessary to discuss all my units with you. I do it every day with guys from all walk of life and many, many countless combinations.
Thanks for asking!

I really would like to help you put a combination together that you can be proud of. But, you still haven't told me what you want to put a transmission in and how much power it will see, or what you're going to be doing with it.
Let's get that far and then we can talk about the virtues of one transmission vs. the other!

As far as accepting Credit or Debit cards, no I have not and quite frankly probably won't be setting that back up anytime in the near future. I know it can be a pain in the *** not being able to manage payments that way. But like I said when you and I spoke in the past, I've been burned hard core by some guys here on Tech and other websites in the past and it left a bad taste in my mouth ya know. Nothing like losing several thousand dollars due to absolutely no fault of your own.
I do accept personal checks, out of state checks, money orders, cashiers checks, cash, wire transfers... you name it. Basically anything else other than plastic.
Good to hear from you Leeroy!
