Default hitting the rev limiter

okay, i put 373s in and im hitting the rev limiter like crazy at wot. and i added nitrous and its even worse, is it the tune or my tranny. by the way i have the stock 4l60e

Hvae you been tuned for the gears. And bear in mind that with the lower gears and NOS the RPM between shift command and actual shift are rising much faster now so you may need to allow more room between command and desired shift

I used a Diablo Predator to adjust my gear change..never had a problem with the limiter.

o whats up jet, i mine as well get a real tune for that price. me and a bud are fixing to get on some gta if you still have it

so go get it tuned or buy a programmer, is there any other way

Or stay off the gas.. but, thats no fun.

Jusr fork over the extra $$ for EFIlive and tune everything yourself from here on out. You know thats not going to be your last mod.

I bought myself efilive a few months back... Slowly, but surely, I am learning.

Turning off codes, tweaking up the rev limiter, etc is pretty simple. Getting into the VE tables is where it starts to get complicated. Plus, you can do some live data logging and see what your car is doing, instead of guessing.

Well, for most of us the first time we got on a PC was easy.

Step 1. Yahoo.com
Step 2. Search ****
Step 3......

Tuning seems a bit more complicated..but once I get some more extensive mods I'll invest in the appropriate programs.

well i guess im going to have it tuned and see if that helps, hey performabuilt do i have to send my tranny to yall or do yall just build a new on and send to me.
