Rough cost list:

Trani- anywhere from $1800-5000 depending on build.

performance converter - ~$700-1000

flex plate - ~$100-500

Cross member- ~$200

Bell housing dust shield - ~$30 (sheet metal) or ~$70 (die cast aluminum)

trani cooler and lines - ~$75-300

controller - $700-1100 or the stock PCM can be programed to control it.

stock pedals and shifter can be picked up used - $50-100

You can also do a full manual valve body and not have to worry about the controller. That saves a grand.
