Default R228 is 3600 good?

I just got a fuddle 3600 for my LS rebuild. Its a DD with stock 3.23s and the cam isa a R228 on a 114lsa.

My biggest concern is dravability. I'll have full boltons and grears will be a max 3.42 as I do want some mpgs. No real hwy driving and just a couple track passes.

I want to go 3200....thoughts??

With that cam 3200 might be a little small...3600 should be good. I have a 3600 Yank and have no issues with drivability. I have had it for 3 years.

Thanks guys. It'll be my first stalled car. I'm thinking I may just leave it but 3200 is still where I'd like to be.

Is that 3.23 ok for now? Tops I would go is 3.42.
