Default Is my converter broke?

I ran my car at the track this weekend for Pinks Arm drop live. It was running great! Then one pass it spun bad out of the hole and went all the way through 3rd before the end of the track. It usually is around 6k in 3rd going through the traps. I ran it a few more times and it went a good e/t but about 4mph less because it was going into o/d right before crossing the line. The car just felt like it was going through the gears alot faster. I was still pulling 1.5* 60 ft's though. Im spraying a 100 shot and have around 420rwhp n/a. Im running a Yank SS4000. Do you guys think im blowing through the converter? On motor its fine, its just when im on the jug when it messes up.

Tuning for NOS and without as far as the trans goes is indeed different since you have more power you must allow for this you will get to the shift RPM and speed sooner, I doubt its the converter but more likely just need to work out a compromise in the settings between n/a and spraying

I have had this setup in my car for about a year now. Why would it just now start? Im running a built 4l80e as well.

As sensor, Difference in conditions, there are many possibilities but I see no way the converter could make the trans shift to 4th prematurely

If the converter is having efficiency problems it might cause it. Basically the converter might be slipping more than it should and the RPM's are higher, so it will shift to 4th. Can you data log your car? Do you have any old data logs?
