Default How long will it last?

I have a 2000 ws6, just took it in to get the transmission fluid changed. And they told me the fulid was burnt. Before taking it in it would shift hard between 1st and 2nd. Also when at WOT in first gear it doesnt wanna shift into 2nd. They said the clutches are burnt. My question is how long will it last? If i dont drive it hard will it last long? It an automatic. Also, when it does go out what would be the best place to get a new transmission from. I dont intend on doing much to the motor. It is all stock now. Only thing i really want is exhaust, dont really wanna mod it at all. Any suggestions???
Also transmission has 119k miles.

if all your going to mod is exhaust then, i wouldnt worry bout rebuilding it anymore then stock. it wont last long if you get on it alot the way it iz now.. but if u drive it normal. should last alil longer. theres really no way to tell because we can physically see the damage done to the clutches.
