need to know what this goes too?? i am doing a compression test and i found this T attachment hanging off the top of the transmission... i am gettting smoke thru the oil breather filler that is whitish gray like steam after it warms up a little. i am not getting oil or coolant burning in the exhuast either so i am stumped?????

That just drains the excess oil(if any). On the PS of the trans there is a long skinny tube that comes out of the top, and goes into that. It should then go across the top to the DS and mine came down and then clipped onto the stock T/A. Shouldnt be a big deal if its off, just prevents excess oil from dripping along the side of the trans.
