How do these converters compare to the SS and PT series? What setup would shine using this converter?

This is a 9 1/2" converter that is designed the street or track they have a solid strong off idle pull and will work great with 2.73 or 3.23 gearing with the SBS3000 or SBS3400 range.
the SBS 3800 likes more gear 3.42 up

The converter drive to pump hub is made of 4130 steel

Please look at our website in the next few day for the intro but orders and questions you can call 775 826 9955 at this time

Thanks for the reply. It seems you and I had talked about this in the past. Great to see that Yank over others has made a well needed improvement! Every time I turn around these converters look better and better! I will give you a call here shortly about a couple things. Thanks again. Vince

I want the 3000 stall, but will it be too much for a DD on street tires only and it will never see the track.

Great to see your always pushing forward and breaking new ground Dave.

My Yank SS3600 paired with a FLT LVL5 60E did 9.88@140.86 with a 1.49 60'

I have 5 Yank converters in my personal collection. All of which provides huge gains and solid repeatable performance.

Thanks for an excellent product.

How would these compare on the topend to the PT series? I've said a hundred times on this site how impressive the topend is on my PT4400. Would these be comparable?

The PT is the best NA converter out there and this will not match the PTs top end pull as this converter the SBS is made for the street/strip when lots of rear end gear is not wanted.
