Default 4L80E 4WD in a 2WD car?

I have a 2006 6.0 w/ a 4L80E 4x4 Trans and was wondering what I might need to get for it to work in a 2WD car?

Try a search but I think the main parts you'll need are the 2wd output shaft and a 2wd tail housing.

I'm not a trans expert but I believe the 2wd has a front and rear reluctor ring that picks up a signal. the 4wd has only the front reluctor ring, it picks up the rear signal from the transfer case vss.
You will have to change output shafts as well as adding the reluctor ring and rear sensor. requires complete disassembly.
