We are a performance shop just outside of Bel Air, MD that specializes in forced induction, AWD, and race preparation. In business since 2003, we have established a reputation in the performance community of providing the highest quality workmanship, service, and tuning. We draw customers from all over the East Coast and beyond. Our staff is comprised of educated professionals who all share a passion for high performance automobiles and motorsports. Although the inherent nature of this business is fast-paced and deadline-driven, we strive to provide our employees with a relaxed, friendly work environment. We work on a wide variety of vehicles, including multiple LS powered specialty race vehicles but most of our volume is Subaru WRX & STi, Mitsubishi Evo, Mazdaspeed 3/6, and Modern Muscle (Corvette, Challenger, Mustang, Camaro, etc.).

We are looking for someone(s)

with high attention to detail, drive, and the ability to work alone as well as part of a team. Their primary role will be maintenance and repair. However this individual will be responsible for some work on customers' track cars as well as more traditional mechanical and electrical installs. There is also the opportunity to travel and provide at-track support to our competitive racers. We prefer 3 years minimum experience at a dealer or performance shop, and high levels of hands-on schooling. Our technicians must be able to not only work on a variety of applications, but also be able and willing to learn new applications and skills. Daily tasks can include assembling engines from the ground up (shortblocks, longblocks, and valvetrain) and rebuilding manual transmission internals, but the candidate should be capable of everything from oil changes and factory maintenance to performance upgrades (turbo, exhaust, suspension, fuel system, etc.) to working with completely custom-fabricated set-ups. We will also train to suit to some degree.
Pay is HOURLY and is based on experience and knowledge.
