I honestly don't know if America will ever come around to this idea or not.

However, I really like the eclectic styling of most of the Alfa cars. I just don't see them doing so well with American tastes without being subdued quite a bit.

I've always kind of liked the Spider Veloce (and the Duetto Spider (like Dustin Hoffman drove in the movie 'The Graduate' ) before it) but they really were some horribly unreliable cars most of the time LOL. My friend had a '79 Spider and I used to like cruising around in it sometimes.

I would love to see them bring the 8C over here, that has to be one of the finest looking vehicles I've ever seen.

As much as I love diesel power I hope we NEVER do come around to mass diesel power. as a commercial fishermen we don't make what we should already and as the price of diesel has already dramatically climbed the price boats get paid for their sea food hasn't gone anywhere except for down in some cases. not only that but commerce runs on diesel, the higher transportation costs rise, the more we all pay for everyday products, especially food. inflation is doing a fine job on its own making our dollars buy less, no need to increase costs.
