Camry sales WAY down for the month of January... Like 26% down! It fell and RAM rose and now all 3 top sellers are pickups... I do believe this has happened before, but not in a long time.

Right... It's as if they use lesser quality items for cars shipped to certain areas. It must save them trillions to not just buy the same for all in a situation like this.

^^ about both those comments!
I also got a kick out of reading about the West Palm Beach, FL dealer(I thought it was in Riviera or North Palm Bch) complaining that it affects heated seat vehicles because those are the ones everyone's looking for... In WPB? Holy crap! 7days a yr? I lived down there for years and never even KNEW about heated seats... Granted, my last 2 veh. have had them, but that's only for resale and I may move back to TX or even to Ohio, where they could come in handy.

Nope... Hardly ever watch movies, assuming it's a movie. As much as I can't stand to read a book, I have no trouble searching around the net, reading all day(when I have time, of course). I like movies though, and own over 100... Just lost interest I guess.

I had to have my rav4 towed yesterday. Was in a drive thru and my check engine 4th and stability control lights came on. I got it home and called Toyota (it was certified pre owned) and they said whatever it is I'm covered 100% and had a tow truck at my house in 20 mind even though we just got 8 inches of snow.
so compared to the NIGHTMARE of "certified" and warranty and general dealer issues with that lemon G8GT this has been smooth sailing and props to Toyota for at least getting everything done quick.

Ya know, I just learned yesterday, there was in fact a "climate change" meeting scheduled again and these snowstorms canceled it... again... It's like a broken record. Every time they plan to get together and complain, the temp drops.

Really, Toyota is typically great with those concerns. They know that customers remember the great service better than the breakdown, if the service is quick enough and done right the 1st time. I'm almost willing to bet that if any customers with an affected car show up and ask for their seats to be "repaired," it will happen at no cost and a loaner will be issued during the work.
