I think he meant to say they may be moving now, since this happened. Museum officials say they plan to remain open, but closing that part(obviously) till it can be determined whether or not repairs are possible and at what cost.
It's part of the original facility and I find it shocking that it sunk like that. If it were in FL, they'd force the building closed until Hell freezes over... Move and lose it! That's the FL way... Of course, sink holes are very common in FL and in some parts of the state, much more than others and I'd think they're not so prevalent in Kentucky.
Anyway... just sad to see and I'm glad nobody was in the building when it happened.

Anyway, maybe they'll be able to preserve most or at least some of the cars. Looks like 1 will be saved, for sure.
