Default Opel/Vauxhall Corsa OPC/VXR: Needs To Be Brought Stateside

http://www.autoblog.com/2007/01/03/v...shed-in-march/

With GM brass finally removing their collective heads from their asses and FINALLY bringing their Opel/Vauxhall line stateside in the form of Saturns (although the Aura is a bit neutered compared to its sportier Vectra counterpart). The Corsa however would probably not fit into Saturns lineup as well as I think it'd fit into Chevy's lineup what with GM taking Saturn upmarket. I'd definitely love to see the Corsa replace the POS Aveo, especially the version shown here. The OPC/VXR variant is powered by a 192hp 1.6L turbo 4 which doesn't sound like much at first but remember that those 192hp don't have to move much mass. This sucker will hit 60 in 6.8 seconds which is not bad for the hot hatch segment. Plus this thing just flat out looks cool as well. Another winner from GM IMO.
