Why not go with 345's in the rear like the SRT10?

Would it really matter the rear width being a just 2/5th of an inch not as wide? From a traction standpoint and aesthetics. Not so much really...

That said.... SWEET. I can't wait to see it in person.

I'm gonna try and buy a set of those brakes and retrofit it on my C5Z. Would beat the hell out of anything else available these cars (street brake wise, like brembo/ap/stoptechs)

Perhaps so the cylinder walls are thicker, and less likely to puke under boost.

I agree. From those pictures it looks very similar to the zo6. Even if it doesn't look to much different its still sick!

Are you sure they would fit under any of the wheels you would/could use??
They also will be more $$$$ than the brands you've mentioned (ceramic rotors, possibly caliper specific carbon pads.)

Even though I wish they could have stayed with Goodyear ( ), this car REALLY needs MUCH MORE tire (as far as compound stickiness goes) than the current Z06's runflats. Hopefully the "bibman's" Pilots will provide that (but somehow, I still doubt it ).

Because GM only sells cars that can be had with a profitable warranty.

I thought the 6.2 was LSx based?

I like the car thought. Looks sharp, I bet it is a beast!
