What is really gay is putting that teaser HERE....Dont tell you hoped we would all embrace the video and comment on how cool it is. Just imagine a remake of Smokey and the Bandit using a Mustang....for the Love of God! Think of a Bullit remake using a Trans Am...same thing.

I did not expect anyone to jump on the bandwagon with me...however all I have heard about the last few weeks in this section is the new Skyline (and a little bit about the ZR1). So I thought this was newsworthy as well.

I bet you, the only reason they went with the Mustang is because of money. Ford cough up the most money to use their cars for this show, NBC, really doesn't care about loyalty nor what makes sense. All they care about is money. It would be a better show if they used a Trans Am, which still looks just as good if not better then the current mustang. Or if age was keeping them from using the Pontiac, why not another GM sports/muscle car like the New ZR1 or Camaro. Even a black on black Z06 would get the job done, they even have a spot on the bumper for the scanning red lights.

I guess they had to keep the sheet over it to hide its....well, its "ugh" factor.
Well at least with the Dukes of Hazzard remake you can blame it on the acting...but with this, all the blame lands on the car.

how are you going disgrace the knight rider series like that. I think someone should do a public service
and shoot the producer or idea writer in the head! I wont be watching it thats for sure!

I'm also totally pissed about the new kitt being a mustang. They could've easily made it something amazing like the 7 liter C6 Z06 or if they could wait, the new camaro. A mustang, thats just stupid. I sure won't be watching it. UNLESS they have a villian or something later in the series thats driving the new camaro.
