International Car of the Year...
2007: Saturn Aura
2008: Chevrolet Malibu

GM has something good going with the Epsilon cars!

I was hoping for a GM sweep-repeat though.

I am surprised the Mazda 6 doesnt sell any better. I think it is better looking than the other foreign mid size choices for sure and from what I read they have good quality. Still, a CX-9 is as much a truck as my wifes Buick.

The Malibu is a great looking and driving car and to me is no surprise that it won. Same with the Aura from last year.

^Yeah, for sure. I would even consider buying the Mazda 3 or 6 as a nice new DDer. The CX-7 looks pretty darn cool too.

There is still alot of FORD associated with Mazda. Jakes, Mazda 6 wagon is underpowered. For a 3.0 one might also think economy would be better than the 20 mpg I receive in the city.

The new Malibu has been a quick seller. Time will tell when we start seeing the car return as used how well the quality is. Not counting tires and brakes, I spend 800-1200 on GM products with 40 K to put them on the used lot. I don't like spending money. My point is I think thats too much in repairs that need to be done to any product with 40K.

An old man and his dog!
