Tech English paper over the new 35 mpg bill i need some help finding the pros and cons of this new bill. i cant find any articles that specifically point these out. links to web sites, magazine references, whatever you can find to help me out.

The GM webblogs have a 4 part article, series whatever you want to call it that addresses the CAFE decision and what they plan to do. Only part 3 and 4 are still on the main page but if you look back you'll find them.
