Exclamation Leaked - Chevrolet Volt

The Car Connection has leaked GM PR photos of the production Volt with various GM execs and Volt team posing with it including, in order, Tony Posawatz, Bob Lutz, Bob Boniface, Frank Weber, and Andrew Farah.

Two teaser photos released awhile ago by GM.

Very nice! I like how it combines features from both the Fusion and the Civic, as well as the corporate Chevy motif. Very interesting....I suddenly don't miss the concept!

Looks like it would make a good coupe....

Not wild about the look. Like the design of the prototype a lot.

However, for what this car is...it is damn sexy.

Not bad looking, IMO. I have a feeling this is going to be a big success for GM. It all depends on the MSRP.

I agree.
I think it looks great, more than enough style to compete with whatever Japan is pushing and the technology behind it seems to be pretty cutting edge.

I just wanna see GM set another Nurburgring record: fastest in its class! (suck it prius and civic hybrid). Seems to be what GM has been doing lately: breaking Ring records.

Keep it up, GM. I'll buy a Volt when I can afford a new car.

That production Chevy Volt looks like another econo-box. I really liked the long sleek look of the concept.

Awesome, they made a civic! I'm gonna have to give a big on this one. Way to make a car that was supposed to be 'new and exciting' look like a jelly bean.

Maybe, but still not as 'gay clown shoeish' as the TOY Prius that this country is gaga over!!

Personally, I like it. For what it is, what did you all really expect. I mean it is competing with the Civic hybrid, the Prius, etc., which are far from stellar looking.

Sure...they made a Civic. The Civic sells. If the German way of war is proven superior you adapt it to your own. If the enemy sells more cars than you...you adapt to it.

Eh I'd deff buy one over the Yota and the Honduh.

The question still in hand in the batteries.. like how they are going to hold up and they will probably be the most costly part of the car. So theft will be a problem.. and the cost of the car itself. Your not going to sell an ungodly amount to make your money back if you price it too high.

I'd like to see the car under 30k but I don't see thast happening.
