The B&M is a once-piece design that does transmit a little bit of gear noise to the cabin sometimes. I have barely noticed it with mine and what I have heard doesn't bother me the slightest.
Aside from noise, the B&M has a shorter, crisper throw in my opinion and some others. I have used both and prefer the B&M, but maybe that's because I'm used to it.
$210 for the B&M vs $370 for the UUC makes it a simple decision to me, but everyone has their own opinion.

I think the Katech or the UUC as the bushing helps with the noise reduction.
Buy the Katech if you on a budget and the UUC with bushings from Luke@Lindsay if you want the best.

I have the katech and love it.
From what I've heard the UUC is most like stock, the B&M is the most positive feeling but has some noise, the katech has no added noise and feels very posistive and precise.
