Thanks Guys,

My body guy really did an excellent job on the Vents & the paint
The Vents actually come separate & are not mounted into the hood.
Told him I wanted them to look like they were molded into the hood
and he did just that. And the paint work is show Quality

You are telling me.....that for $900 , they just give you the $750 cowl and 2 vents???? It is your job to pay someone to put them in? I hope that is not the case. I'm not a dick. But if you paid $900 for the hood, and they gave you some bum-*** vents to be installed....You paid 2 times too much. Love the modified V's, but that **** would be REDICULOUS!!!

I may have read too far into the explanation. Do all of their hoods come with fake scoops made into them? I think I must be confused. I'm not certain why you had to pay the body shop to make the vents look good. Thought that would be already covered in the extra $150 that would be paid for VENTS! Help me out here, because I was about to buy one of these hoods, and I am in the bodyshop industry! Other than those few questions...IT LOOKS BADASS!!!

When I ordered the hood it was my understanding the vents would be mounted & blended into the hood. I even made a extra call later to verify that they would look like they were made into the hood, And was told they would. What I recieved was the hood with the holes cut & the vents "on the side"
My body shop had to mount the vents & make them look like they belong in there & were not an add on.
Not real happy about this happening , But the upside is the hood fit & finish was great. And with the extra work from the body shop mounting the vents, They look fantastic , So overall it worked out well

no obstruction, in fact youll wonder how you lived without the cowl. It truly makes the car look like it performs.
