Yea just got back in from the 110 mi run to pick up the car. The grilles arent perfect. the will have to be recoated. looks like they were painted originally. im going to try to clean them up and see if they were sanded originally, then go from there. ill keep everyone posted

yea powdercoat is the only way to do metal things, outlasts paint by years. you might as well send them out to get powdercoated chrome or another color im sure it wont be much.

i dont think it would be hard at all to sell powdercoated black grilles. id love to do mine but dont wanna drive 2 hrs to a powdercoater and have no grilles for a week.
