Default Engine Studder and Shake

So I've had this problem for a little while now. The engine kinda studders and shakes through out the whole rpm band until about 4k rpm. On wide open throttle it goes away but part throttle its there pretty much all the time. It's def more noticeable with my foot of the gas during deceleration.

I've changed the spark plugs, wires, cleaned the air filter and Maf. I thinking maybe I have a bad coil but I don't wanna upgrade to MSD coils and then that not be the problem.

Has anyone dealt with this before or have any suggestions?

No check engine light, only mods are CAI and corsa exhaust LS6 wit 50k miles.

Does it shake when you turn the car off? My thinking is mounts since they suck on the V's anyways.

I'm also thinking mounts. Symptoms are very similar to failed engine mounts. You should hop under the car with a flashlight and see if you can see any fluid leaking from the motor mounts or any cracks/damage on them.
