No,the ls6 throttle body use a 3 bolt for the ls6 intake manifold and the ls2 throttle body use a 4 bolt for the ls2 intake manifold,u will need a ls2 intake manifold or a FAST 90 to 92 mm intake manifold

Or you can send off an LS6 intake to TPIS and they saw off the 78mm snout and epoxy a 90mm LS2 snout on it. Leaving you with the superior flow of the LS6 and bigger trottle body of the LS2.
