TC light, solid engine light and "Reduced Power Mode" on the NAV dsiplay

TC light, solid engine light and "Reduced Power Mode" on the NAV dsiplay Had I been doing something crazy, I would have expected it.
But I just turned onto a street and accelerated with traffic.
I felt the rear slip a bit, TC engaged displays, then blinks to limp mode. TC light is illuminated and the engine light is on.
I figured it was TC related because of the slip.
Key cycles cleared the TC light, but not the TC light and it still appears to be in limp mode.
Need to buy a scanner and read the code, but any insight?

Are you stock? If you have a big cam, throwing P0068 is very common and requires playing with the tune to keep that code from being thrown...I've been "stranded" twice so far since I put my cam in because I happened to not have my laptop with me when setting that code..lol.

^ I tried that while stuck in the middle of one of the busiest intersections here in town last week...it didnt clear the code. Maybe I didnt wait long enouhg The only way I've been able to clear codes w/o my hp tuners or other scanner is to unplug the battery. I didnt have my tools that time though so I had to wait on someone to bring me my laptop..haha.

Snagged a reader and got P2135 - Pedal Position Switch A/B Voltage Connection error which appears to be a common issue with fly-by-wire systems.
I cleared the code and did the APP Re-Learn procedure.
Throttle pedal to the floor
Attempt start (don't worry, it won't)
Turn off Ignition
Wait 15 seconds
Start as normal
Seems to be running as well as it always has.
If it happens again, I'll dig deeoer into the throttle body electrical connector and see if there is an issue there. A cursory inspection didn't have anything jump out at me.

I can bet that its the pedal assembly. I had the same code when it happened to me. The dealer replaced my pedal, and has been great since.

Update:
New pedal assembly arrived.
Very easy install. 3 nuts and a wiring harness.
Remember this?
After the re-learn, everything has been working as expected. I was very close to returning the pedal assembly to keep from dropping $100 on something that wasn't a problem.
But, I decided to do the swap just in case.
When I did the relearn with the original pedal installed, when I mashed the gas and hit the starter, nothing happened. No rolling of the motor, nothing.
Not knowing any better, I thought that normal.
After I installed the new assembly, when I mashed the gas pedal and hit the starter, the motor began turning over. But it wouldn't start.
THAT was normal.
So the original did indeed have an issue.

My local dealer.
I'm hoping the surging at part throttle I feel in low gears goes away.
I'm relatively sure the "surging" or opening and closing of the throttle was happening in all gears. No reason to think it only happens when there's enough mechanical advantage to feel it.
So in 6th gear this HAD to be killing fuel economy.

On my Cadillac SRX I was able to fix the issue by disconnecting the battery, then taking the hose off the throttlebody, then cleaning with throttle body cleaner and a tooth brush. the thottle body gets a little gummy and does not open and close all the way creating a bad fuel to air mixture
