Might as well port the heads while you have them off.

He doesn't have to remove the heads. But it's a good idea to port them with that cam and headers.

Not yet. Exhaust is getting reworked, new intake and some other crap then I'll probably have to retune it and then hit the dyno. I hoping some time in February before it gets too warm outside.

Dont quote me but I thought the t-rex worked fine as long as you had 100% stock heads.

**keep in mind that the T-Rex cam ONLY shines at high rpm so you may lose out over your mid and low range versus another cam like the Raptr for example plus your drivability might be affected. You will also want 4.10's or higher IMO for the T-Rex cam.

I would suggest the Raptr cam but thats just my 2 cents. The T-Rex cam produces nice numbers on a dyno but makes that power at very high rpm fyi.

well dang you all have me nervous now.
I do tons of roll races and the track a few times a year.
I want a cam that pulls hard all through the rpm range and has great peak power!
maybe the RapTR cam is a better choice?

Yes sir, Thunder Racing knows there stuff so tell them what you are wanting and they will help you pick the right cam. I used them for a couple of my car builds back in the day.

Yeah just call up Shane or someone at Thunder and they can recommend something to fit what you are looking for.
